Swim Clinic Waiver
Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk:
I, the signed participant (or parent/legal guardian of the participant), hereby acknowledge that I am fully aware of the risks and hazards associated with participating in the Swim Clinic. I understand that swimming activities involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, injuries, and accidents. I understand and acknowledge that Rainbow Club, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates cannot guarantee my safety or the safety of the participant.
Release of Liability:
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Swim Clinic, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Rainbow Club, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or the participant, whether caused by the negligence of Rainbow Club or otherwise, whilst participating in the event or whilst on the premises where the event is being conducted.
Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rainbow Club, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including attorney fees, that may be incurred due to my participation in the Swim Clinic, whether caused by my negligence or otherwise.
Medical Treatment:
I understand and agree that Rainbow Club does not provide medical or accident insurance coverage for participants. In the event of any medical emergency or injury, I authorise the event organisers to seek medical treatment for the participant, including calling emergency medical services if necessary. I accept full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.
Photography and Media Consent:
I hereby grant Rainbow Club the right to take photographs and videos of the participant during the Rainbow Club Swim Clinics and to use such materials for promotional and educational purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, and print materials. I understand that the participant's name may be used in conjunction with these materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
I have read and understood the contents of this waiver and release of liability form.
I acknowledge that by accepting this waiver, I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks and hazards associated with participating in the Swim Clinic.
